Poster Presentations

2. Brief abstract (250-500 words)
3. Statement of the presentation is related to the theme (if applicable, 100 words maximum; presentations not directly related to the theme are still considered)
4. Brief bio (50 words maximum) of all presenters.

Paper Presentations (CLOSED)
Paper will be 15-20 minutes or 50-minutes in length. The following information is required to submit:
1. Name of all presenters
2. Brief abstract (250-500 words)
3. Statement of the presentation is related to the theme (if applicable, 100 words maximum; presentations not directly related to the theme are still considered)
4. Brief bio (50 words maximum) of all presenters.

Note: There is an option to submit for being approved for Continuing Education (CE) Credit. Presentations approved for CE credit are likely to have a larger attendance; however, additional information is required to be considered for CE credit, including an outline with times, 3 measurable objectives, a statement of limitations, a statement of conflict of interests (if applicable), 5 references (3 must be journal articles published within the last 5 years), and a current vita for each presenter. You will be asked to submit this information if your proposal is accepted and you check that you would like your presentation to be offered for CE approval. Applying for CE approval is not a guarantee of acceptance. Note: These papers will be grouped with other similar papers into a 1 or 2 hour presentation slot.

Symposium (CLOSED)
Symposiums will be 50 minutes or 1 hour and 50 minutes. The following information is required to submit:
1. Names of all presenters
2. Brief abstract for the symposium (250-500 words)
3. Summary of each presentation in the symposium (100 words maximum)
4. Statement of the presentation is related to the theme (100 words maximum; presentations not directly related to the theme are still considered)
5. Brief bio (50 words maximum) of all presenters.

Experiential Workshops will be 50 minutes in length. The following information is required for experiential workshop submissions (We cannot offer experiential workshops for CEs):
1. Names of all presenters;
2. Brief abstract (250-500 words);
3. Statement of how the presentation is related to the theme (if applicable, 100 words maximum; presentations not directly related to the theme are still considered)
4. Brief bio (50 words maximum) of all presenters; and
5. Specific room setup needs
